Election into the Plastics Hall of Fame is a distinctive honor bestowed only upon those individuals who, through consistent dedication and extraordinary accomplishments, have contributed to the growth of the industry and who meet the established criteria provided by the Plastics Hall of Fame board.

Nomination Guidelines

  • The form is not designed for completing online
  • Type information into the form
  • Submit form and photo through our website
  • Please do not attach articles, patents, marketing brochures, videos, or product pictures
  • It is OK not to have information in each heading
  • You may submit up to three letters of recommendation (not required)

Acceptance Process

  • The living members of the Plastics Hall of Fame (PHoF) will vote on each thoroughly completed nomination for membership consideration
  • PHoF accepts members every 18 months
  • The PHoF accepts a limited number of members each cycle
  • Please resubmit a new application if there are notable changes
  • The nomination is valid for two cycles or three years.

February 28, 2025 – Nominations close for Class of 2025 consideration 

March 15, 2025 – Nominations sent to Screening Committee

April 15, 2025 – Recommendations for Hall of Fame for final selection

June 1, 2025 – Notification of winners

October 7, 2025 – Induction Ceremony
